Veronica & Kepp were a very special couple for Stacey & Company to work with. Both busy professionals from Southern California dreamed of a San Francisco wedding but admitted to being too busy to finish all the details. They had already booked their ceremony at St. Patrick’s church and their cocktail reception at Hotel Vitale, but needed lots of help pulling everything else together. Enter Stacey & Company!

We worked with the couple via our ‘teamwork planning.’ They still planned their wedding, but Stacey & Company helped source flowers, a DJ, a boys choir, a string trio, transportation for guests, rentals, sweet treat bar, wedding cake and the most spectacular Storm Trooper groom’s cake we’ve had the pleasure of ordering. All they needed to do was approve our selections and sign contracts.

Our bride wanted a white wedding with black accents. Her must-haves were a black and white checked dance floor and big, big white flowers. The groom’s must-have was a boys choir for the ceremony. We also brought in black & white couches & occasional table to completely transform the otherwise ordinary hotel suite.

Most guests were from out of the area and needed something to do during the 3-hour gap between ceremony and reception, we booked two cable car tours to show off the glorious City by the Bay! Guests were dropped at Hotel Vitale where they danced the night away under the stars & were treated to a spectacular Bay Bridge light show.
