Stacey & Company has been helping plan events and weddings for over 13+ years. We love working with our clients as they plan for their special day or celebration. We’ve worked on every aspect of all different types of events and with all ranges of budgets. We can help you with everything or just where you need it!
You Plan – We Execute | Day of Coordination
This level of coordination will allow us to oversee details on the day of your event. We will meet with you one month and then again one week prior to the event to review your planned timeline and review details from your vendors. On the day of the event we will be available to oversee the event. We will work directly with the staff of the venue, caterers, photographers, musicians, etc., to ensure a successful day.
DAY OF packages starting at:
- one location: $1,750-1,900 *
- two locations: $1,900 -2,400
* Pricing range depends on the location of your venue and the coordinator assigned to your event. Weddings with 125 or more guests require an assistant coordinator (add $350)
Day of PLUS | Day of Coordination + A Little Planning Help
This level of coordination will allow us to assist you in planning your event. We will suggest possible vendors, locations and ideas to help plan the day. We will review contracts and help provide any insight as to possible issues or concerns. We can also help with budgeting. Based on your budget we can make vendor and budget allocation suggestions. We will take a site/venue tour with you to review design ideas and join you on a few vendor meetings. We will also provide you with sample documentation such as a sample timeline, a wedding day checklist, a seating chart tool, etc.
With this level, we will also assist you in confirming the timeline and contracts with vendors one week prior to event. On the weekend of the event we will be available to oversee the events of your choosing such as the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We will work directly with the staff of the venue, caterers, photographers, musicians, etc., to ensure a successful event.
DAY OF PLUS packages* starting at:
- one location event: $2,600 (Marin)
- one location event: $2,900 (San Francisco)
- one location event: $3,500 (Northern California/Monterey)

Teamwork | Help planning your event, but you’re still in charge
We’ll do everything in the packages above but instead of just providing recommendations and documents we will connect with vendors to ensure they are available for your event before recommending. We’ll also join you on meetings and help you along the way with planning by suggesting a timeline for planning milestones. We will help you establish a budget as well as design look and feel and flow of the event. Although we will give you a lot of support and expertise, you are still responsible for the overall management of the planning.

$4,800 planning + $1,750 one location day of coordination **
The Works | We take charge and work WITH you to plan your event
This level of coordination will afford you with the most assistance and guidance in planning your event. We will provide you with lists of vendors, locations and ideas to help plan the event. We will go with you on any appointments you choose, and help evaluate any location and/or vendors. We can also help with budgeting. Based on your budget we can make vendor and budget allocation suggestions. We can work to keep the vendors that we work with within budget. We will take a site/venue tour with you to review design ideas and join you on several vendor meetings. We will also provide you with sample documentation such as a sample timeline, a wedding day checklist, a seating chart tool, etc.
With this level, we will create the timeline and review all vendor contracts and connect with all vendors one week prior to the event. On the weekend of the event we will be available to oversee the events of your choosing such as the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We will work directly with the staff of the venue, caterers, photographers, musicians, etc., to ensure successful events.
Full Service Planning starting at:
$9,500 + $1,750 one location day of coordination **
** Day of Coordination fee is determined by location of event, the venue/event type - therefore this fee may be higher
