There’s no better way to kick off a party than with a hotel welcome bag! Guests love to be treated to a fun surprise at either check in or to greet them in their room. We love working with our clients to come up with fun goodies to put in the bags. Sometimes we provide the bag, tag, welcome note, and all the goodies…other times we just help coordinate the bag+ tag and they fill them up.
For these Napa Valley bags we wanted to include items from California. We worked with local Peter’s Kettle Corn to pop specialty flavored fresh kettle corn and designed handmade cookies with Melissa’s Cookie Company. The bags also included sparkling waters, granola, a hangover kit and a welcome note and schedule for the weekend.
These bags were actually given out at the party for guests to take home or back to their hotel with them. Our clients connected with us from Colorado and were looking for invites and goody bags for a Route 66 birthday party. Bags included retro car bingo, a bag for the client to fill with a “spare tire” doughnut and homemade trail mix, custom water bottle wraps and a sleeve for a road trip gas money gift card. Then each bag had a custom license plate with the guests name on the bag tag. So fun!
We loved working with our clients Veronica & Kepper on their Black and White Wedding and created these San Francisco inspired bags for all of their guests, whom were all from out of town. Of course we included custom wrapped water bottles and a hangover kit, but we also added Ghirardelli Chocolates and Salt Water Taffy candy bags with custom stickers, Pop Chips, and a pre-stamped San Francisco postcard.
Mary Lyn and Jon wanted to include elements from their home towns in their casual, yet coordinating welcome bags for their “glamping” (glamorous camping) wedding at Costanoa Lodge down the coast. We also provided colorful flip flops for guests to use at both the glamorous camping showers and during the reception after their feet were tired from so much dancing!
We’re always excited when we get a call from Sasha Souza Events to help her with a client project. This time a high-end hotel welcome bag for a 40th Birthday Bash in Las Vegas. We used a Land’s End bag, complete with custom monograms, custom t-shirts for their paint ball tournament, supplies for mini Rum & Cokes, a hangover kit, and a few “adult goodies” as well!
Also working with Sasha Souza Events we created these dazzling Bat Mitzvah Hotel Welcome bags. They included custom poured candles, water bottle wraps with the logo we designed for the invitations and all party goods, a split bottle of champagne, bath salts and heart-shaped soaps and of course a few Ghirardelli Chocolates. Each bag also had a customized weekend itinerary.
